Recently, SMCC hosted a delegation of important clients from Germany. The delegation visited both the SMCC chain factory and the machine tool factory to conduct on-site inspections, focusing on the quality of chain products, the performance of production equipment, and details regarding machine tool products. Both parties reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation regarding chain products and the development of machine tool projects.
The German clients first visited the SMCC chain factory, where they went deep into the production lines to examine the chain production process in detail, paying close attention to the materials and quality of various chain products, and observed the operation of production equipment firsthand. Following the on-site inspection, the clients highly praised the quality and performance of SMCC’s chain products, as well as the stability and efficiency of the production equipment, and clearly expressed their satisfaction.
Subsequently, SMCC’s project lead accompanied the clients on a tour of the machine tool factory, where they learned about the manufacturing, performance testing, and application demonstrations of the machine tools. The efficient operation of the equipment instilled strong confidence in our products among the clients. At the same time, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the feasibility of cooperation on machine tool projects.
The German client expressed strong approval of this visit and a keen interest in collaboration. Both parties established a clear plan for follow-up communication regarding chain product procurement, laying the foundation for deeper cooperation.
The chain products that were the focus of this visit are currently offered by only two companies in the European market, making them highly scarce. With a wide range of applications spanning multiple industrial sectors, they align closely with the actual needs of the European market. The massive market demand for these chains offers vast opportunities for future cooperation between the two parties.
Moving forward, SMCC will use this visit as an opportunity to steadily advance various collaborations with the German client.
