Product Description

The M112 chain is an important model in the M-series metric conveyor chain family, designed according to international standards such as DIN 8165 and DIN 8167. The number "112" in the model designation represents the minimum tensile strength of 112 kN, which is the primary naming convention for this series.

This series is primarily used for long-distance, relatively low-speed heavy-duty conveying applications, commonly found in mining, steel, wood processing, automotive manufacturing, bulk material handling, and environmental recycling industries.

Product Features

1.Superior Strength Performance

The load-bearing components are specially strengthened to prevent breakage or elongation under heavy loads:

l High-Strength Materials: Link plates and pins are manufactured from high-quality medium-carbon alloy steel (e.g., 40Mn) and undergo overall quenching and tempering heat treatment, resulting in very high tensile strength.

l High Tensile Load: The standard model has a minimum tensile strength of 112 kN. Enhanced versions, such as the M112-S-150, achieve a tensile strength of up to 160 kN, fully meeting heavy-duty application requirements.

l Fatigue Resistance Design: Link plates are shot-peened to effectively improve fatigue strength and extend service life.

2.Outstanding Wear Resistance

By applying specialized surface hardening technologies to critical wear-prone areas, the chain achieves exceptional wear resistance:

l Special Bush Treatment: Bushes are made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel and undergo case-hardening (carburizing). This creates a "hard exterior, tough interior" characteristic – the extremely hard surface ensures minimal wear, while the tough core withstands prolonged impact without cracking.

l Pin Hardening: Pins are induction-hardened or quenched and tempered, working in conjunction with the bushes to form a robust wear-resistant pair.

3.Flexible Design and Customization

The chain is designed to accommodate various application requirements and offers extensive customization options:

l Multiple Pitch Options: Available in various pitches ranging from 80mm to 250mm to suit different conveying distances and load requirements.

l Rich Attachment Types: Configurable with various attachment forms such as M112F14, M112F21, etc., allowing easy installation of scrapers, buckets, and other accessories to expand functionality.

l Multiple Roller Options: In addition to standard rollers, large rollers (d4 max 60mm) and flanged rollers (d7 max 70mm) are available for specific tracks or operating conditions.

l Roller-less Bush Chain: A simpler, more cost-effective bushing chain design is available for applications where roller rolling is not required.

l Optional Surface Finishes: Additional surface treatments, such as plating, can be provided depending on the operating environment (e.g., moisture, corrosion).
