I. Core Definition and Working Environment Characteristics
Textile machinery chains refer to chains used in various textile equipment such as spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing. They must operate stably under the following extremely harsh and demanding conditions:

1. High fiber dust and fly ash: The air is filled with fine fibers such as cotton lint and chemical fibers.

2. High temperature and humidity: Many processes (such as dyeing, setting, and sizing) require high temperature and humidity environments.

3. Chemical corrosion: Contact with various chemical substances such as acids, alkalis, bleaching agents, dyes, and sizing agents.

4. High-speed operation: Modern textile machinery operates at extremely high speeds, requiring smooth chain operation and low vibration.

5. Cleanliness requirements: The chain must not contaminate textiles and must not have any oil seepage.


II. Main Features and Technical Requirements
