Operating principle of ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve:
The pulse valve diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into the front and rear air chambers. When compressed air is connected, it enters the rear air chamber through the economizer hole. At this time, the pressure in the rear air chamber tightly presses the diaphragm assembly against the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in a "closed" state.
The electric signal of the pulse injection controller moves the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve backward, the vent hole of the rear air chamber opens, and the rear air chamber quickly drops pressure. The electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm assembly moves backward, and compressed air is injected through the valve output port. The electromagnetic pulse valve is in an "open" state. The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve resets, and the vent hole in the rear air chamber is closed. The pressure in the rear air chamber increases, causing the membrane assembly to cling to the output port of the valve. The electromagnetic pulse valve is again in a "closed" state.
