Working Principle

1. The motor drives the head sprocket via a reducer, pulling the high-strength circular chain and scrapers to circulate along the enclosed trough;
2. Material enters the trough through the inlet, where it is supported by the scrapers. The combined force of the scrapers' thrust and the material's internal friction overcomes trough friction to form a continuous flow;
3. The material flow moves horizontally (≤100m), inclined (≤35°), or vertically with the scrapers, preventing material stagnation;
4. Upon reaching the discharge port at the head section, material automatically unloads due to gravity. The chain and scrapers then return to the feed end, completing the continuous conveying cycle.
